Face Care Natural Way

Beauty Tips - Face Care Natural Way
By Debrah Dragon

Your face is what you show the world, a fresh well kept face
looks radiant, energetic and fresh. Not to mention the fact that
it is a big confidence booster. You no longer will feel shy of
meeting people once your face looks the way it is supposed to.
Today maintaining a fresh and energetic face is easier and less
time consuming as some might imagine.

The market is flooded with beauty products for every kind of
skin type, skin condition, and skin tone. These items can range
for the generic brands set at reasonable prices to the top of
the line products which can become very expensive. Instead of
paying a lot of money to the department stores, have you ever
considered making these same products for yourself? It’s true.
It can be done and the products you create at home can be just
as, if not more, effective than anything you can find on a
shelf.

Let’s start with ingredients. Before running off to another
store, check your cabinets and refrigerator. Do you have
oatmeal? How about yogurt? Great! Now you are all set to make a
simple facial cleanser. Just add enough yogurt to a ½ cup of
plain oatmeal. Rub gently all over your face. Be careful to keep
it out of your eyes. Rinse the mixture off with lukewarm water
and viola – you’ve got a cleaning and conditioning facial.

Need to improve the elasticity in your face? Go to the
refrigerator and grab an egg. Separate the yolk from the egg
white. Put the egg white into a bowl and whip with a manual egg
beater. Apply to your entire face and allow it time to dry
completely. Rinse the egg from your face with warm water. Can
you feel the difference? Your skin should feel tighter and
smoother. It really is that easy.

Do you suffer from dry skin? Get the yogurt back out and
measure one tablespoon. Mix the yogurt with one tablespoon of
honey. Be sure to mix well. Smooth the cream in to your entire
face. Do not rinse your face. The mixture will re-hydrate the
skin and provide much needed moisture.

Acne plagues not only young teens but older adults as well. For
a simple acne treatment at home, try combining one part bran
with one part baking soda and add enough water to form a paste.
Apply the paste to your entire face and keep the mixture on for
about 15 minutes. Use one part apple cider vinegar to eight
parts of water to make a rinsing solution to clean the paste
from your skin.

Not only are natural beauty remedies inexpensive and easy, they
also prevent you from consistently exposing yourself and your
skin to unnecessary harsh chemicals which can build up in your
body and lead to even bigger issues. There are many places to
find creative ways to produce your own beauty products, even
your Grandma may have some tips of her own.

Regardless, of what your concerns and problem areas are, you
can have a little fun experimenting with your own ingredients
and ideas.

Even if you opt to buy off the shelve products make sure that
they are made from natural ingredients and don’t contain
synthetic or chemical ingredients. Also take a look at the
directions of use and the warning label if there is one to make
sure that it does not cause any side effects or is just limited
to use on a few skin types. This will ensure that you never run
into trouble when using off the shelve products. However only
use off the shelve products if you don’t have the time to
prepare these for yourself at home.
